Bold-Face Magazine is an online lifestyle magazine representing the confident and assured young female who is always ready for the next step in her life.  The Bold-Face reader can be found in big cities or small towns standing up for her girl or standing up for all girls; being the leader or challenging those who lead; being the community supporter or allowing her community to support her. Bold-Face Magazine gives the reader the tools to inspire her dreams and create realities which show the world that her expression just is…that she, just is.                                                                 

Care (working title) is a documentary film that will explore the profession of domestic caregiving by women of color who reside in North Carolina. The film shows the transformation of the profession from the pre-1960s tradition of typically caring predominately for children in White households, to modern day domestic caregiving that expands to senior citizens in home care, nursing homes, & retired communities.
